Manuel became the first mayor
of the new independent town of Pandi and
was the 7th mayor of the mother town,
BIGAA or BALAGTAS.

The school was founded 1991 by the daughter, an educator,
as a memorial to their father. She is the present principal
of the school and a faculty of
UNIVERSITY OF STO. TOMAS, MANILA;
a university older than
HARVARD UNIVERSITY.
Professor Lucila Cruz Santos-Raquepo.
The school is under the presidency of the youngest brother
Benjamin Cruz Santos M.D.
who was 2 years old when their mother died.
[He became a vice mayor of the town]
The children struggled for education.
Edgardo retired as a municipal health officer
and became a religious minister.
Florentino, the eldest became president of
BULACAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION
and handled many presidential post
of various civic, religious and social organizations.
Florentino helped in the education of the younger siblings
when their father passed away.
Nenita became president of
BULACAN MEDICAL ASSOCIATION,
who also handled several presidential post
of various civic, religious and social organizations,
devoted for the betterment of human societies.
Most of their children became physicians also.
