MORTALS MANSION
Descended-standing, encased in my mansion walls
The day, I, Soul's great fall-Stranger I've become
Not being able to travel to and from
Niether the inner nor outer universe
That's the day, I, soul-chained to become mortal man
Nothing seems to be the same of former time
When I knew no bounds or ends
Omnipresence, Omniscience and omnipotence - my will
Gone were the Is'ness days
Truth and Love to give were my forte
Now, I move about encased in human shell
With five senses to co-ordinate
I learn to manipulate this course matter world
Having so much to do in time-
Gaining earthly knowledge and wealth
A wonderer I've become these days
Tainted with five passion seeds
Of: vanity, anger, lust, attachment and greed
Trying to regain blessings in isolation
Drink in loneliness, joy through human understanding.
This tainted role, I began to play:
Manipulating, hoarding
My fellow beings, creatures, minerals and plant life too!
Ranting, raving and causing destruction
Creating - deceptive delusion in my path
At the closing end of days - when all works are done
Old and feeble I've become
Gazing through the windows of my mansion walls,
At my exploitation stacks - of all earthly hoarded wealth
The five passions have helped me gain.
I realized, I can't exchange them then - neither
for Truth nor Love
Not one earthly thing have I, to show Off the kindness I've done
Wretched man that I've become - having to do it all over again,
I'd thirst this time for Love.

The Parable of 'Master' and Horse
When headed straight for home,
no matter how far away he did roam,
a horse knows right where he's going.
He races back - his mane flowing.
Once headed where he belongs,
home - that place for which he longs,
he jumps every obstacle in the way
whether morning, noon, or end of day.
His master awaits, knowing he'll be back...
no matter that he strayed far off the track.
His master rewards with his very best:
Home...all he needs, plus peace and rest.
Men have no 'blinders' as horses do.
Men shun the old and seek the new.
With fields wide open to explore,
finding empty cisterns, men search for more.
Horses seem to have more 'sense' than men.
Men long to 'graze' in greener pastures, and then
stray far off the straight, narrow path,
finding out later: The best, only God hath.
Horses race home all the way,
after they've bolted and gone astray.
That's 'horse' sense - which most men lack.
Men need God to lead them back!
If you've been lost, wandering out in the dark,
God loves you more than those critters from the ark!
Remember this 'Parable of 'Master' and Horse': Race 'Home'!
He is waiting at the end of your winding course.
When you know Christ - have been 'Born Anew',
the Creator, Savior, Redeemer, is expecting you.
You're one of His sheep. He rewards with His best:
'Home'...all you need, plus peace and rest!

THE SEED
TURN
Day break sneaks in when you're facing due north.
From the east it creeps slowly, casting haze on the shore.
The west lies in darkness, stars still shine in those skies.
But to stay facing the north, you get half and half lies.
Like life when you focus on just what lies straight ahead,
you're blind sided when things sneak up on your left.
But there on the right, things look just as they should.
Your question is in which direction to turn for your good.
But oh! before midnight when everything is fine,
like Cinderella you dance, for the clock has'nt yet chimed.
That's when life's perfect, so enjoy and drink deep!
Yes, dance and enjoy -- the sun will soon rise in the east!
Now, choose right or choose left, choose right or choose wrong.
The gift is in choosing which course to head on.
A fool with his head in the sand never learned.
That any path worth pursuing requires that you turn.

The Great I Am
The Great I Am, our present tense God,
active, caring, loving, welcoming, calling each one.
From all eternity through the present into all eternity
The Light shines.
The glory, radiance, power, healing, love, forgiveness surround us in the now.
Christ has come. His Spirit is present.
Yes, Christ will come again.
