Make us branches of Your love,
we beseech Thee, our LORD,
so we may bring light
in the darkness of humanity through You.
Make us vessels of Your charity,
we beseech Thee, our LORD,
so we may mend the broken spirits of mankind,
heal the brokeness of their souls through You.
Make us rocks of Your strength,
we beseech Thee, our LORD,
so we may gather many, to walk in Your path,
and offer their lives, through faith in You.
Make us a haven of Your humility,
we beseech Thee, our LORD,
so our hearts will be very pliant,
to surrender to a purpose only for You,
not for ourselves.
Make us bridges of Your hope,
we beseech Thee, our LORD,
so we may through Your light,
guide others in their journeys,
seemingly hard to cope.
Make us cradles of
love, unity, freedom and peace, our LORD,
so we may be the petals of many hearts in
the flowers of hope.
